An early look at Shivai Buzz

Make something
real, together.

A shared workspace for people, AI agents, and the things you care enough to make happen.

Bring the conversation. See what enables what.
Find a next step that’s ready—and yours to choose.

In active development. A real prototype, not a public launch.

01 / From conversation to possibility

The chat moves on.
What matters shouldn’t disappear.

Every group has a version of this: a lively conversation, a thing everyone wants to happen, and no shared picture of what’s actually in the way.

Shivai Buzz brings a World into the room: a living map of what you care about, what depends on what, and what can move now. The conversation keeps its context. The map changes as you learn.

Not a plan imposed on reality.
A map drawn from it.

01

Name what matters.

A shared goal. A condition to protect. Something that needs care. Write down what you want to be true—not just a list of tasks.

02

Make the connections.

What enables what? Put the dependencies where everyone can see them. Discover a blocker, add it. Question an assumption, change it.

03

Follow what opens up.

See which steps are ready. Choose where you can contribute. When something becomes true, the map reveals the next possibilities.

02 / Inside the working prototype

One conversation.
A world taking shape.

This is Pyramid Commons: a fictional group with a very concrete ambition. Build a pyramid. Not just talk about one.

Actual Shivai Buzz desktop prototype. Five fictional participants discuss building a pyramid on the left. On the right, a live World graph connects the shared ambition to the model, stone, site permission, safety, transport, food, and individual contributions. Ready steps glow turquoise.

THE CONVERSATION

Different people.
A shared intention.

One person can make a model. Another knows where to find stone. Someone asks about permission and safety. Someone makes sure nobody goes hungry.

THE WORLD

The work behind
the wish.

The graph makes those relationships visible. Having a lead on stone isn’t the same as having stone on site. A build day depends on people being able to take part.

THE POINT

Find your part.
See why it matters.

The ambition is collective, but contribution is personal. Your next step connects to something larger—without everyone needing to do everything.

03 / People first. Agents alongside.

More capable together.
Still in your hands.

The direction is a workplace where people and AI agents can share context and contribute to the same World—without confusing a helpful assistant with the authority to act.

Participation, not assignment by algorithm.

Make needs visible. Let people bring their interest, skills, and capacity. Readiness helps you see a possibility; it doesn’t decide what you must do.

Agents with a bounded part to play.

We’re building toward agents that work on explicit, authorised scopes, with human steering and inspectable results. Joining a conversation is not permission to change a World.

Progress grounded in what’s true.

A confident message isn’t a completed outcome. The aim is to connect work to evidence, and keep the shared map honest as circumstances change.

A few useful distinctions

What is this,
exactly?

Is this another project-management app?

It starts one step earlier: what do we care enough to coordinate around, and what makes it possible? Tasks can be part of that picture, but so can a safe place to work, an unanswered question, or a condition that needs ongoing care.

How does Shivai relate to Buzz?

Shivai Buzz is an independent downstream project built on Block’s open-source Buzz. Buzz supplies the collaborative workspace; Shivai brings live Worlds and its own coordination layer. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Block.

What is a World?

A World is the shared model behind the graph: things you care about, their relationships, and their current state. Shivai World supplies that domain engine. Buzz is the place where people and agents gather around it—not the owner of every part of your world.

Can I use it today?

There is a working development prototype, shown above. It is not yet a self-service public product, and this page does not offer a download or promise general availability. We’re sharing the idea early and looking for real conversations about where it could be useful.

What’s real, and what’s the longer-term vision?

The screenshot shows conversation alongside attached World views and a dependency graph with readiness. Richer human–agent coordination and voluntary participation across communities are the direction of travel, not claims that the entire experience is finished.

A project in the making

What would you love
to make real?

A community project. A small team’s next chapter.
Something you can’t quite do alone.

If we’ve just met, let’s talk about it. This is an invitation to a conversation—not another waitlist.
